This site belongs to The Liberty Church, Liberty Point, 4 High Elms, Woodford Green, IG8 0UP, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for anything you give us here.
What we collect, and why
Conference registration. Booking runs on Brushfire, a ticketing service. What you enter there is processed by Brushfire under Brushfire's privacy policy and shared with us so we know who is coming and can contact you about your booking and the event.
The Network waitlist. One email address and one tick. We use it for exactly one thing: telling you when the Influence Network opens. Nothing else.
The survey. Anonymous unless you choose to leave an email at the end. Answers are used to decide what the Network should be. If you leave an email, we only use it to follow up on what you told us.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your details, ever.
- We do not add you to mailing lists you did not ask for.
- This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising trackers.
Where your data lives
Waitlist and survey submissions are stored by Netlify, which hosts this site. Registrations are stored by Brushfire. Both act as processors for us.
How long we keep it
Waitlist emails are kept until the Network launches or you ask to come off the list. Survey answers are kept while we are building the Network, then anything identifying is removed. Registration data follows the event cycle and is not kept longer than needed.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Ask, and we will do it.
