International Keynote Speaker | TEDx Speaker | Author | Change Agent
Hayley Mulenda Record joins Influence Conference 2026 in London on Saturday 19th September.
From growing up in a council block in London and beginning her speaking journey as a teenager, Hayley has built an international career that now takes her between London, Dubai and stages around the world. She has spoken across at least four continents and more than 30 cities.
Today, Hayley is an international keynote speaker, author, consultant and change agent.
She delivered the TEDxLSE talk “The Danger of Being a Role Model”, has worked with organisations including Google, Microsoft, JPMorgan and the UK Cabinet Office, and serves on Wagamama’s Brand Board, where she has contributed to work around young people, diversity, reverse mentoring and storytelling.
Her speaking has taken her to major stages including Wembley Arena and Oslo Spektrum, and in 2026 she published Speak Up: How to Use Your Voice to Inspire, Influence, and Earn.
Her journey is a strong example of what Influence Conference is about: developing what you carry, learning to communicate it well and allowing your influence to reach beyond where you started.
Whether you are building a career, a platform, a business or simply learning how to communicate with greater confidence and purpose, Hayley’s perspective speaks directly to the power of voice, visibility, leadership and personal influence.
