Visionary Pastor, The Liberty Church | Author | Coach | Mentor
Dr Sola Fola-Alade is the host of Influence Conference 2026 and Visionary Pastor of The Liberty Church.
Originally trained as a medical doctor, Dr Sola has spent more than 30 years working across leadership, ministry, coaching, publishing and personal development. His work has included mentoring and developing people across business, political, leadership and spiritual spheres.
He is an author, publisher, conference speaker, coach and mentor whose work has reached audiences through conferences, seminars, broadcasting and publishing. The Liberty Church lists more than 13 books among his published work.
That breadth sits at the heart of Influence Conference itself. The purpose is not to define influence by one profession or industry, but to help people recognise, develop and maximise the influence available within their own sphere.
Now in its fourth edition, Influence brings accomplished people from different fields into the same conversation around three things: Influence. Income. Impact. And one question: how far could your influence go?
